Supplier quotes
Compare your suppliers' quotes on the same scope
Upload the PDFs as they arrive. The AI reads each quote and, when you compare them, tells you what each one includes, what it does not mention and what it excludes. The verdict is a recommendation: the decision is still yours.
Drop the PDFs
Several quotes for the job at once, just as your suppliers send them.
The AI reads each quote
Supplier, trade, line items and total. It lets you know when each one is ready.
Compare on the same scope
What each quote includes, what it does not mention and what it excludes, and what it would cost to cover the same when the documents allow it.
You award it
The verdict is a recommendation. Accepting a quote asks you to write down why, and that is recorded.
Good to know
It reads what the supplier sends
Supplier, trade, line items and total come from the PDF. If the supplier is already on your list, the quote is linked to them; if not, they are added. A detail you had already written is never overwritten: it is kept as a suggestion.
The same scope for every quote
You compare two to eight quotes: each shows what it includes, what it does not mention and what it explicitly excludes, and its levelled total when it can be worked out. When it cannot, you see “Could not be priced”, never a zero.
It recommends; it does not decide
The verdict explains why it recommends a quote and always comes with its caveats. Awarding is a separate step: accepting a quote asks for your reason, which is recorded permanently.
From the quote to the estimate
An accepted quote that ArquiFlow has read goes into your estimates as a chapter with its line items and prices, plus your profit.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI choose the quote?
No. It tells you which one it recommends and why, with what each quote includes, omits and excludes. Accepting one is your step, and it asks you to write down why.
What if one quote leaves out something the others include?
The comparison marks it as “Does not mention” or “Explicitly excluded” and, when the documents allow it, works out what covering the same would cost. When that cannot be priced, it says so; it never counts it as zero.
What if a quote doesn't arrive as a PDF?
You can add it by hand with its total, with or without a file. It goes into the comparison like the others, but only quotes the AI has read can go into an estimate.
