Contractors and site managers
Site follow-up in one place, from weekly reports to supplier quotes
Weekly site reports with each trade's detail, subcontractor reports filled in from a link, plans with marked points and issues, supplier quote comparison and estimate drafts. All inside a studio account, organised by clients and projects.
What you can do with ArquiFlow
Subcontractor reports
Subcontractors fill in their weekly report from a link, with no account. The reports you validate make up the weekly acta's “Trade breakdown”.
Site plans
You place incidents on the plan as you walk the site. When you issue the acta, they go into the project's incident list with their point.
Supplier quotes
You upload suppliers' quotes as PDFs and compare them on the same scope. The comparison recommends one; the decision is yours.
AI estimates
You describe the job and the AI drafts an estimate from the accepted quotes and your own chapters. Every price says where it comes from.
Good to know
A studio account
ArquiFlow is organised by clients and, within each client, by projects. A contractor uses it the same way: each developer is a client and each site a project.
Only what you validate goes in
The weekly acta lists only the subcontractor reports you have validated, with the trade, the person in charge and the work done. The hours and the workers' names do not appear in the acta.
Incidents you can follow up
Each of the project's incidents carries its severity and its status and, if you enter them, the supplier and a cost. You can place it on the plan and attach photos.
It recommends; it does not decide
When you compare two to eight quotes you see what each includes, what it does not mention and what it excludes. Accepting a quote is your own step, and it asks you for the reason.
Frequently asked questions
Does it have features specific to contractors?
No. ArquiFlow is built for studios: clients, projects, and the actas, subcontractor reports, plans, quotes and estimates of each job. It does not handle workforce management, progress certifications or accounting.
Do subcontractors have to install anything?
No. They get a link by email, open it in their phone's browser and fill in the report: who was on site, the hours, the work done and the photos. At the end they sign it with a finger and send it.
Can an accepted quote go into the estimate?
Yes. An accepted quote that ArquiFlow has read goes into the estimate as a chapter with the supplier's line items and prices, plus your profit. Your profit does not appear in the client's PDF.
