Subcontractor reports
Each trade's report, every week, filled in and signed on their phone
You send each subcontractor a link. Without an account, the trade uses their phone to fill in who was on site, the hours, the work done and the photos, and signs the report. You review it, validate it, and it goes into the project's weekly acta.
Request the report with a link
Pick the supplier and the week, and the trade gets the link by email. If they have not answered after 48 hours, they get a reminder.
The trade fills it in on their phone
No account needed: the person in charge on site, each worker's hours, the week's work, the photos and their signature.
Review and validate it
You see the hours, the work done and the photos. Once you validate it, the trade gets the PDF by email with the VALIDADO stamp.
It goes into the weekly acta
The project's weekly acta carries the trade breakdown: the person in charge and the work done, trade by trade.
Good to know
No account, nothing to install
The trade opens the link from the email in their phone's browser. They can list up to 50 workers with their hours for each day and attach up to 10 photos.
One link per trade and week
Each link is valid for 7 days and serves one report. If it gets lost, you resend it: the new link replaces the old one and is valid for another 7 days.
The signature is a record
The trade signs with a finger before sending. The signature is kept with the report as a record of what they sent, and appears on the validated PDF.
Only what you validate goes in
The weekly acta includes only the reports you have validated. A report you have received but not yet validated does not appear.
Frequently asked questions
Does the trade need an account or an app?
No. They get a link by email, open it in their phone's browser and fill in the report in three steps: in charge, crew and work. At the end they sign it with a finger and send it.
What if the trade does not fill it in?
If they have not sent it after 48 hours and the link is still live, they get one reminder by email. While it is pending, you can resend the link from the list of reports.
Which parts of the report reach the acta?
In the weekly acta for that week, the “Trade breakdown” section shows the trade, the person in charge and the work done for each validated report. The hours and the workers' names do not appear in the acta.
