The building inspection report, with Catalonia's IITE

And you see the indicative rating
On an IITE, the report shows the most serious defect and the indicative certificate it would lead to under Decret 67/2015, given whether the precautionary measures were carried out. The certificate itself is issued by the Administration.

Each regime's own fields
The report prints only the chosen regime's fields. If you switch regime, what you had already written is kept.
An indicative rating nobody types by hand
The indicative rating is worked out from the graded defects and the precautionary measures, so it cannot contradict what the report says.
The report is the technician's
The report sets out your inspection and your assessment as the signing technician. Taking it to the competent authority is the owner's responsibility.
Signed and sent from the app
You sign the issued report in the app and email it as a PDF to the owner and anyone else who needs it.
Frequently asked questions
Which inspection regimes does it cover?
Three: Catalonia's IITE, the national IEE and the municipal ITE. Each shows its own fields, and the indicative rating is worked out only on an IITE, because it follows Decret 67/2015.
Does ArquiFlow hand the report to the Administration?
No. In ArquiFlow you write the report, sign it and send it as a PDF. Taking it to the competent authority is the owner's responsibility, and the certificate is issued by the Administration: the one the report shows is indicative.
Can I change the regime later?
Yes, until the report is issued. What you had written for the other regime is kept, though only the chosen regime's fields are printed.
