Cadastre
The cadastral reference and the property's data, on the project
Look the property up by address or by cadastral reference. The address and the reference go onto the project, and the data Catastro gives — use, built area, year built and floor — stays on the project's fact sheet and is filled in for you in the estimate wizard.
Search by address or by reference
Province, municipality, street and number, or the cadastral reference. If the number does not exist, it suggests the nearest ones.
Choose the property
When several properties share the address, you pick yours by its floor and door.
The project fills in
The address and the cadastral reference go onto the project. You can edit the address or remove the link.
Catastro's data, where you need it
Use, built area, year built and floor, on the project's fact sheet and in the estimate wizard. Refresh it whenever you like.
Good to know
All of Spain except the foral territories
The lookup covers Spain except Álava, Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia and Navarre, which keep their own cadastres. There, you type the project's address by hand.
When Catastro is not responding
You can still look up the address and the reference in our own copy of its data, without the property's data. You bring that in with “Refresh from Catastro” once it answers again.
Only for the property you choose
The data is saved when the lookup reaches one specific property, and it is cleared if you remove the reference from the project.
The lookup never blocks the project
You can edit the address by hand and save the project even when Catastro is not responding.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work in the Basque Country and Navarre?
No. Álava, Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia and Navarre keep their own cadastres, which ArquiFlow does not query. There, you type the project's address by hand.
Does the data update itself?
No. It is saved when you choose the property, and you ask for it again with “Refresh from Catastro” on the project's fact sheet. Catastro's answers are reused for 24 hours, so a very recent change may not show yet.
Does it include the owner or the cadastral value?
No. It keeps the descriptive data Catastro gives about the property, such as the class, use, area, year, floor and door. It does not replace a cadastral certificate.
