Technical architects and building surveyors
Inspection and site-visit reports, written up from your visit
You record the visit and upload the photos. ArquiFlow writes up the ITE, IEE or IITE report with each defect graded by building element, describes and places the photos, and leaves the report ready for you to review and sign. Weekly subcontractor reports, plans with marked points and building-code questions sit in the same project.
What you can do with ArquiFlow
Building inspection
ITE, IEE and IITE actas with each regime's own fields and every defect graded by building element. For an IITE, the indicative rating follows from what you graded.
Subcontractor reports
Each subcontractor fills in its weekly report from a link, with no account. You validate it and it goes into the project's weekly acta.
Site plans
You place the visit's observations and incidents on the plan. Replace the plan and each point stays on the version you marked it on.
Manolo, the building-code chat
You ask Manolo about the regulations in the documents you choose. Every answer cites its sources and takes you to the text.
Good to know
An indicative rating
For an IITE, the acta shows the indicative rating that follows from the graded defects and the precautionary measures, under Decret 67/2015. The certificate is issued by the Administration.
Photos described and in place
You upload the visit's photos and ArquiFlow describes each one and places it beside the observation it belongs to. Before you issue the acta you can change a caption or move a photo.
Signed in the app, sent as a PDF
You sign the issued acta in the app and email it as a PDF to the owners and anyone else who needs it. The studio signs; the recipients receive the PDF.
An issued acta no longer changes
Once issued, the acta is closed: it cannot be edited or deleted. What the recipients receive is what you issued.
Frequently asked questions
Does it handle the Catalan IITE?
Yes. On the acta you choose the regime — Catalan IITE, state IEE or municipal ITE — and it asks for that regime's fields. For an IITE you also see the indicative rating that follows under Decret 67/2015.
Does ArquiFlow hand the report to the authorities?
No. In ArquiFlow you write the acta, sign it and send it as a PDF. Taking it to the competent authority is up to the owners, and the Administration issues the certificate: the one the acta shows is indicative.
What about site visits?
Those too. Besides the ITE, IEE and IITE, ArquiFlow writes up site reports, inspection visits, meeting minutes, health and safety and quality control actas, and weekly reports, among other types. They are all organised by client and project.
