Five grades and their terms
1 immediate, within 24 hours; 2 very urgent, within 3 months at most; 3 urgent, within 12 months at most; 4 medium term, beyond a year; 5 maintenance.
Accrediting the correction
The owners accredit the correction within 3 months of finishing grade 1 to 3 works (art. 14.4).
In ArquiFlow
In the building inspection report you choose the Basque Country ITE regime (Decreto 117/2018).
You grade the works in the five intervention grades, and the report records accessibility, the energy performance certification details, the conservation cost estimate, the installations noted and the maintenance plan.
The questionnaire, the report and the accreditation of the correction are generated with the Gobierno Vasco's ITE application (Euskoregite).
You choose the regime
Catalonia's IITE, the national IEE, a municipal ITE or the Euskadi ITE (Decreto 117/2018). The report shows the building's details and the fields that regime asks for.
You record the defects
Each observation in the report carries the building element it affects: façades, roofs, structure, installations…
You grade them
Each defect carries its grade: minor, important, serious or very serious.
And you see the indicative rating
On an IITE, the report shows the most serious defect and the indicative certificate it would lead to under Decret 67/2015, given whether the precautionary measures were carried out. The certificate itself is issued by the Administration.
