Site reports

The site report, drafted from the recording and photos of your visit

You record the visit and take your usual photos. ArquiFlow transcribes the recording, drafts the report with the structure of its type and places each photo beside its observation. You review it, sign it and send it.

  1. You record the visit

You walk the site dictating what you see, take the photos and mark each observation on the plan.

  2. ArquiFlow drafts the report

It transcribes the recording, drafts with the structure of the report type and places each photo beside the observation it shows.

  3. You review the draft

You edit whatever needs it. Photos that match no observation are grouped at the end.

  4. You sign and send

Issuing it numbers it and generates the PDF: you sign by drawing on the screen and send it to the parties by email.

8 types of acta, each with its own fields

You choose the type when you create the acta, and ArquiFlow writes it in that type's structure and vocabulary: from the site visit to quality control, health and safety or the building inspection.

Frequently asked questions

What is a site report (acta de obra)?

It is the document that records a site visit, a meeting or an inspection: who was there, what was observed, what was agreed and what is still pending, with its photographs.

What do I need to create an acta?

A voice recording of the visit and the photos you took. You choose the acta type, drop the files in and ArquiFlow writes it.

Can I correct what it writes?

Yes. The acta is generated as a draft: you review it, edit whatever needs editing, and only then generate the PDF.

How is the acta signed?

Issuing the acta generates the PDF, and you sign it inside the app by drawing your signature on screen: it is embedded in the document with your name and the date. You then send the PDF to the parties by email from the app.
