Site plans
The project's plans, with their versions and the points from every visit
Upload the project's plans as PDFs or images. Replace one and the previous file stays in the history, ready to restore. As you walk the site, you place the acta's observations and incidents on the plan.
Upload the plans
As PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 25 MB per file, from your computer or your phone.
Open and replace them without losing anything
View them in the app or download them. Replace one and the previous file stays in the version history, ready to restore.
Place observations
As you walk the site, tap the spot on the plan and describe what you see, with its photos.
And mark incidents
They carry a different marker from observations, and every point stays tied to the version of the plan you placed it on.
Good to know
No file is lost
Replacing a plan keeps the previous file as a version. Every version can be downloaded, and restoring one keeps the current file as a version too.
Phone photos too
A plan in HEIC, the format iPhones save photos in, is converted when you open it so you can see it in the browser. The file you uploaded does not change.
Every point on its own version
An observation or an incident stays tied to the version of the plan it was placed on. If you replace the plan later, the point stays on the drawing you marked it on.
Incidents move to the project
When you issue the acta, its incidents go into the project's incident list, and the ones you placed on the plan keep their point.
Frequently asked questions
Which formats can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC, up to 25 MB per file. If you work in another format, export the plan to PDF before uploading it.
Do the plans appear in the acta's PDF?
The acta's PDF includes the plan pages you placed points on, numbered the same way as the text. If there are many, or a plan is too heavy, the PDF cannot include them all, and some appear only as the list of their points.
Can I mark points on an acta that is already issued?
No. Points are placed during the visit, while you gather what you see for the acta. Once issued, the acta no longer changes.
