AI estimates
A draft estimate from the description of the job
You describe the job, choose which accepted quotes and which of your own chapters go in, and the AI drafts the line items for those chapters. Every price says where it comes from, and the client never sees your profit.
Describe the job
Dictate it or type it. If the project is linked to the Cadastre, the use, built area, year and floor arrive filled in.
Set margins and sources
General expenses, industrial profit, VAT and the studio's profit, which only the studio sees. Then you choose which accepted quotes and which of your own chapters go in.
The AI drafts the estimate
Line items with their unit and quantity. Every price says where it comes from: the supplier's quote, your price history or an AI estimate.
Review it and send it to sign
The AI points out chapters that may be missing and you decide whether to add them. You sign, send it, and the client signs it online.
Good to know
Every price says where it comes from
Each line item carries its origin: the supplier's quote, your price history or an AI estimate, which is marked so you can review it.
Your profit stays off the PDF
The studio's profit is added to the cost of the suppliers' line items. You see it; the client never does.
Rough or firm
A rough estimate is for a first conversation: it uses no supplier quotes and is never sent to sign. A revision turns it into a firm estimate.
The client signs online
You sign when you send it, the client gets a link by email and signs on screen, and you both receive the PDF with both signatures.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI set the prices?
Not always. Chapters from accepted quotes carry the supplier's prices plus your profit. In your own chapters, a line item the AI matches to your price history takes its price from there; the AI estimates the rest, and they are marked “AI estimate”.
Can I change the draft?
Yes. It is an estimate like any other: you change line items, quantities and prices before sending it to sign.
Does the AI rewrite my suppliers' quotes?
No. An accepted quote comes in as a chapter with the supplier's line items and prices, plus your profit. The AI drafts your own chapters and can point out what a quote is missing.
