Email is the way to reach ArquiFlow. One inbox receives everything and a person reads it: architectureminutes@gmail.com. We answer in Spanish, Catalan or English, in whichever of the three you write.

Use it for anything — a question before you subscribe, a problem with an acta, a billing matter, or a request concerning your personal data: access, rectification, portability, objection or erasure. Those requests are handled in writing, at this same address.

What to tell us

• The email address your account uses.
• The name of your studio.
• For something about an acta or a project, its name or the address of the page you were on.
• For a request about your personal data, enough detail for us to be sure you hold the account.

How long we take

We aim to answer within a few working days. A request about your personal data is answered within one month of receipt, as the GDPR requires; if one turns out to be complex we tell you so before that month is out, and say how much longer we need.

https://arquiflow.es is the only site we operate. We never ask for your password by email, and no message from us ever will.
