How to write a site report with ArquiFlow
You do the visit as you always have. The rest happens when you drop the files in.
Record the visit and upload the photos
Walk the site dictating what you see and take the photos you always take. From your phone you can mark each observation on the plan.
ArquiFlow writes the acta
It transcribes the recording, writes in the structure of the acta type, describes the photographs and places them beside the observation they illustrate. Any that fit none are grouped at the end.
You review it, sign it and send it
You edit the draft wherever it needs it. Issuing it numbers it and generates the PDF: you sign it by drawing your signature on screen, and you send it by email to the parties.

Supplier quotes
Upload the PDFs as they arrive. ArquiFlow reads each quote and, when you compare them, lays them out item by item, with each one's total at the same scope. The verdict is a recommendation: the decision is still yours.
Subcontractor reports
Ask each trade for the week's report with a link: they fill it in from their phone with hours, work done and photos, and sign it. Once you validate it, it goes into the project's weekly acta.
Site plans
Upload the project's plans as PDFs or images and replace them without losing earlier versions. As you walk the site, place the acta's observations and incidents on them.
Cadastre
Look the property up by address or by cadastral reference and keep its reference and its data on the project — use, built area, year built and floor — from the state Catastro or, in Bizkaia, from its Provincial Council's open data.

In Álava, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Navarre the project keeps the foral cadastral reference, checked against its own register's format. The address is picked from town to number, and Manolo also answers from the Basque and Navarre regulations.

What is a site report (acta de obra)?
It is the document that records a site visit, a meeting or an inspection: who was there, what was observed, what was agreed and what is still pending, with its photographs.
Does it work for building surveyors and technical architects?
Yes, it is built for whoever runs the site. You write up visit, health and safety and quality control actas, prepare the estimate, compare suppliers' quotes and receive the subcontractors' weekly reports, on your own or with your studio.
What do I need to create an acta?
A voice recording of the visit and the photos you took. You choose the acta type, drop the files in and ArquiFlow writes it.
Can I correct what it writes?
Yes. The acta is generated as a draft: you review it, edit whatever needs editing, and only then generate the PDF.
How is the acta signed?
Issuing the acta generates the PDF, and you sign it inside the app by drawing your signature on screen: it is embedded in the document with your name and the date. You then send the PDF to the parties by email from the app.
Who is Manolo?
ArquiFlow's AI assistant, like having your own site manager. It answers about the regulations and, inside a project, about its documents, its issued actas and its supplier quotes. You ask by typing or dictating, and every answer cites the documents it comes from. When nothing supports an answer, Manolo says so instead of answering.
What languages is it in?
The app is in Spanish, Catalan and English, and you can switch language whenever you like.
Can the whole studio use it?
Yes. You invite the people in your studio by email and decide whether each one joins as an administrator or as a member.
