Report software for architecture studios
You record the visit. ArquiFlow writes the acta.
Record the voice note on your phone as you walk the site and add the photos right there. ArquiFlow transcribes it, writes the report, describes and places every image, and generates the PDF you send to the parties to sign.

The acta gets written on Friday night
You come back from site with a phone full of photos, a few lines in a notebook and the conversation with the client still fresh. The acta, though, is not written there: it is written afterwards, when you can no longer remember which façade photo 47 was.
And every one looks like the last: the same heading, the same order, the same photos to crop, number and paste under the paragraph that explains them.
Writing and laying out is not an architect's job.
How it works
You do the visit as you always have. The rest happens when you drop the files in.
Record the visit and upload the photos
Walk the site dictating what you see and take the photos you always take. Back at the studio, you drop the audio and the images onto the acta.
ArquiFlow writes the acta
It transcribes the recording, writes the report in the structure of the acta type you chose, describes every photograph and places it beside the observation it illustrates.
You review it and send it to be signed
You go over the draft, edit whatever needs editing and generate the PDF, which goes out by email to the parties to sign.
8 types of acta
You choose the type when you create the acta, and ArquiFlow writes it in the structure and vocabulary that type calls for.
- Site report
- Inspection visit
- Meeting minutes
- Health & safety
- Quality control
- ITE / IEE
- Expert opinion
- Change request
Every acta belongs to a project, and every project to one of the studio's clients.
Inside an acta
The document your client receives: complete, with the photographs already described and placed, ready to send.
- 1
Heading: project, client, date and subject of the acta.
- 2
A summary written from what you dictated on site.
- 3
Photographs described and placed beside the observation they illustrate.
- 4
Observations and action items, with an owner and a due date.
- 5
The finished PDF, which goes to the parties to sign.
The project does not end at the acta
Estimates
Chapters and line items with their quantities and their prices. Locking an estimate puts its prices into the studio’s own price history, ready for the next one.
Supplier quotes
Upload the PDFs your suppliers send you: ArquiFlow extracts the line items and compares the quotes on a project.
Building-code questions
Ask about the regulations and get the answer with references to the documents it came from.
Cadastre
Look up the cadastral reference by address and keep it on the project, with the date it was looked up.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to create an acta?
A voice recording of the visit and the photos you took. You choose the acta type, drop the files in and ArquiFlow writes it.
Can I correct what it writes?
Yes. The acta is generated as a draft: you review it, edit whatever needs editing, and only then generate the PDF.
What does it do with the photos?
It describes them and places them beside the observation they illustrate, with nothing for you to crop, number or paste in.
How is the acta signed?
ArquiFlow generates the PDF and emails it to the parties to sign. It carries no qualified electronic signature.
What languages is it in?
The app is in Spanish, Catalan and English, and you can switch language whenever you like.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. When you create your studio you get 14 days to try it, and no card is asked for to start.
