Legal Notice
Last updated September 11, 2026
Who runs this site
https://arquiflow.es is operated by ArquiFlow, a subscription web application for architecture studios. This notice is published under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), on information society services and electronic commerce.
You can reach the operator, about anything and at no cost, at architectureminutes@gmail.com. That is the direct and effective means of contact Article 10 asks for: a person reads it, and it is the address every other legal document on this site points to.
The service is provided by Julio Perdiguer Ordóñez, holder of Spanish tax number (NIF) 45788952T, of Rambla Pompeu i Fabra 156, 08850 Gavà (Barcelona). ArquiFlow is the trading name they operate under; the operator is a self-employed individual rather than a company, so there is no commercial-registry entry to publish.
What the service is
ArquiFlow takes a recording and a set of photographs from a site visit and produces a written acta and a PDF, which the studio reviews, issues and sends to the parties. It is a drafting tool: it gives no architectural, technical or legal advice, and the professional responsibility for whatever a studio issues stays with the studio.
Part of the transcription and the drafting is performed by third-party AI providers.
Prices
Article 10 also asks for the price of the service. Every plan and what it costs is shown on the pricing page. Prices are quoted in euro. Whatever tax applies where you are is added at checkout by the payment provider and shown to you in full before you pay anything.
Intellectual property
The software behind this site, its source code, its design and the text of these pages belong to the operator. What a studio uploads — recordings, photographs, plans, documents — and the actas produced from it stay the studio’s, and the operator claims no ownership over any of it.
Applicable law
Spanish law governs this notice and the use of this site. Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) is the statute this page answers to.
